Welcome to Jamestown Chorus Information Online

Here you will find general information about chorus at Jamestown Elementary School! The chorus is open to all 4th and 5th grade students who are interested in singing music with a group.

• The chorus rehearses every Thursday morning from 8:00-8:45 in Mr. Faison’s room, #702.
• Chorus runs for the entire school year and students are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances.
• Other Chorus Opportunities include the APS Honors Chorus and Pyramids Concerts. More information on those opportunities will be shared in rehearsals
• The chorus performs a winter and spring concert with the band and orchestra.
• To join chorus, students simply turn in a signed and completed Jamestown Elementary Chorus Information sheet. There are no auditions!
• Chorus members must be ready to work hard, and should rehearse the music outside of school using the JES Chorus Canvas Page.
• Chorus members must follow three simple rules, which will help us have an amazing year:
  • 1. Respect yourself
  • 2. Respect others
  • 3. Respect our environment
